Quality Assurance Analyst/Sr. QA Analyst

Tasks

• Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Participate in requirements reviews and provide QA inputs.
• Manage test cases, test results, and defects using OpenText Quality Center/ALM.
• Perform data testing using SQL, XML, and structured data formats.
• Support UAT activities, test data preparation, and release readiness.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, project managers, and business stakeholders.
• Leverage Generative AI tools to improve test case generation, test data creation, and QA documentation.
• Identify opportunities for AI-assisted testing and process improvements.

Requirements

• 3–10 years of QA / Software Testing experience.
• Strong experience with OpenText Quality Center / HP ALM.
• SQL queries and database testing.
• XML and structured data testing.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or GitHub Copilot.
• Understanding of AI-assisted testing and validation of AI-generated test artifacts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain experience.
• Preferred: Test automation frameworks and AI-enhanced testing tools.
• Preferred: UAT and Agile testing experience.
