Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

About the role

Design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions that improve software quality, reliability, and release readiness.

Tasks

• Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and reusable test components.
• Develop and execute automated smoke, functional, integration, end-to-end, and regression tests.
• Integrate automated testing into Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform API, UI, mobile, and cross-browser testing.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects using Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar tools.
• Analyze test failures, troubleshoot flaky scripts, and improve automation stability.
• Collaborate with development, product, and platform teams to ensure release readiness.
• Support exploratory testing, UAT, and post-release validation as needed.
• Track automation coverage, test results, defect trends, and quality metrics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• 4+ years of hands-on Test Automation Engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks, regression testing, API testing, and end-to-end testing.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Ranorex, Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Espresso, or Postman/Newman.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools and source control systems.
• Programming or scripting knowledge in C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or equivalent.

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Contract Duration: 26 Weeks (November–May)
• Hybrid – Local Candidates Only

Pay

• Negotiable, W2 Contract.
