Quality Assurance Officer

About the role

Jacqueline Rubas Boston is hiring a Quality Assurance Officer willing to work in Pulilan/Baliuag, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and programs following regulatory standards.
• Author or co-author the QMS manual, HSE manual, and process manual.
• Supervise and lead QA Specialists.
• Conduct investigations of non-conformities.
• Lead and conduct internal audits and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Verify and validate analysis and monitoring performed by QA Specialists.
• Act as an auditee during audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Food Engineering, Food Science, or related courses.
• At least 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, a proactive approach, and excellent documentation skills.
• Strong understanding of FDA regulations, GMP, HACCP, and HalaL.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and knowledge of tools, documents, and concepts related to quality assurance.
• Knowledge of how to conduct physico-chemical analysis.
