Quality Assurance Officer
Willing to work in Pulilan/Baliuag, Bulacan

Tasks:
Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and programs following regulatory standards.
Author/Co-author QMS manual, HSE manual, Process manual
Supervise and lead QA Specialists.
Responsible for conducting investigation for non-conformities.
Leads and conducts internal audits, recommends corrective/preventive actions.
Verify and validates analysis and monitoring done by QA Specialist.
Acts as an auditee during audits.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Food Engineering or Food Science related courses.
At least 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with supervisory experience.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, proactive and excellent documentation skills.
Strong understanding FDA regulations, GMP, HACCP, HalaL, and HACCP.
Good communication skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills - Knowledge in tools, documents, and concepts related to quality assurance.
Knows how to conduct Physico-chemical analysis
