A Day in the Life of a Quality Assurance Rater

• Analyze and rate search results and AI-generated content for accuracy, relevance, and usefulness.
• Conduct detailed online research to support your rating decisions.
• Maintain consistent application of rating guidelines to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Identify and document guideline gaps, edge cases, and task inconsistencies.
• Provide clear, written feedback and rationale for your ratings when required.
• Participate in training, calibration sessions, and ongoing quality reviews to refine your skills.
• Meet productivity targets while upholding quality standards.
