Quality Asurrance Specialist

We’re hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst (On-site) – Guatemala City
At Lean Solutions Group, we continue growing and are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in a fully on-site role in Guatemala City.

What you’ll do: In this role, you will ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement across operational processes through KPI tracking, internal audits, and process standardization, while supporting initiatives that enhance service performance.
What we’re looking for:
Academic BackgroundBachelor’s degree (or final semesters) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
Experience:At least 1 year of experience in QA roles (Quality Analyst, QA Coordinator, or similar)Experience in auditing processes, ideally within BPO environments
Key Skills & Knowledge:Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and KPI analysisStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExperience with process documentation (SOPs, flowcharts, etc.)Advanced Excel and office toolsIntermediate to advanced English level
Soft Skills:Critical thinking and problem-solvingEffective communicationStrong organization and time managementResults-oriented mindset and teamwork
