Quality Control Inspector

Tasks

• Inspection of Assembled Circuit boards with both IPC & J-STD requirements based off customer BOM & blueprint.
• Inspection of Class 2 and 5 products
• In-Process Inspection & Final Inspection of boards
• Use of scope for inspecting small components.
• Use of soldering iron for component touch up
• Collaborate closely with production manager, & customers on different projects
• Other various tasks as required

Requirements

• Dependent of experience
• Knowledge of IPC 610 inspection standards of printed circuit board assemblies.
• Inspection of pcb assemblies to determine non-conformance during in-process or prior to shipment.
