Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Coordinator to support quality documentation, regulatory compliance, and customer service activities within a regulated industry environment. This part-time remote position is ideal for a professional with experience in quality documentation, document control, or customer support who enjoys working with structured processes while ensuring accuracy and timely responses.
The Quality Coordinator will be responsible for managing quality documentation, supporting internal stakeholders and customers, maintaining controlled records, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Management System (QMS). This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare and distribute Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for customer shipments accurately and within established timelines.Maintain and organize quality documentation repositories, including certificates, statements, vendor documentation, and controlled records.Provide quality documentation support to internal stakeholders and respond to customer quality inquiries through the designated customer support platform.Ensure all quality documentation is accurate, current, and compliant with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.Support document control activities, ensuring proper version control and record management.Assist with maintaining customer registrations, certifications, and related quality documentation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of quality-related requests.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality & Regulatory department.Support the maintenance and effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).Escalate documentation issues or quality concerns appropriately to ensure timely resolution.Maintain confidentiality and integrity of quality records and customer information.Ensure all assigned tasks are completed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:Minimum Requirements:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Quality, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.2–3 years of experience in quality documentation, document control, customer support, or similar roles within a regulated industry.Experience managing controlled documents and quality records.Familiarity with document management systems and document repositories.Excellent written communication skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Experience supporting Quality Management Systems (QMS).Familiarity with customer portals or ticketing systems.Advanced English proficiency.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience working in manufacturing, food ingredients, chemical, pharmaceutical, medical device, or other regulated industries.Experience providing customer support related to quality documentation.Familiarity with quality certifications, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and regulatory documentation.Relevant industry experience (chemical distribution, chemical manufacturing, etc.) is a plus.

Additional Information:Availability to commute to La Asunción, Belén de Heredia.Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m.–11:00a.m. Part-time role; candidate must be flexible with working hours based on operational needs.Occasional extended hours and some Saturdays may be required.Salary paid in US dollar.Medical Expense Insurance.Solidarist Association.Strategic partnerships with educational institutions to offer courses, certifications, or degree programs at preferential rates.
