Position: Radiologic Technologist - Interventional Radiology
Location: Boston, Massachusetts 02215
Shift: 10 hours Days - 07:00 AM - 05:30 PM
Duration: 13 weeks contract
Pay: $3700 weekly
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist with expertise in Interventional Radiology (IR) to join BILH in Boston, MA. This contract role offers guaranteed hours and competitive weekly pay.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform IR procedures independently in procedure rooms.
- Provide on-call coverage independently for trauma cases.
- Operate CT and IR imaging equipment, including GE and Siemens systems.
- Assist as scrub and circulator during angioplasty, thrombectomy (PE/Stroke), TIPS, and other angio procedures.
- Maintain compliance with all safety and licensing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Current CT and IR ARRT certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology.
- Vocational or Technical training in Radiologic Technology.
- Valid Massachusetts Radiology License and RT ARRT registration.
- Strong knowledge of thrombectomy devices and angio procedures.
- BLS certification.
- Ability to work weekends, day shifts, and on-call coverage as required.
Additional Information
- Contract guarantee: 72 hours biweekly (excluding on-call time).
- Orientation held weekly on Mondays (except holidays).
- Applicants must provide availability for interviews at submission.
- Travelers who have worked with Beth Israel Lahey Health in any capacity within the last six months are ineligible.
