RD Documentation Supervisor

About the role

Confidential is seeking an RD Documentation Supervisor to consolidate and review R&D technical documents and reports and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and updated documentation and records.
• Prepare costing inputs and supporting documents.
• Monitor recipe sheets, process flows, and recovery reports.
• Coordinate project schedules and client submission documents.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of R&D documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical course.
• 2–4 years of experience in R&D documentation, QA, or costing support, preferably in food/FMCG.
• Strong documentation and organization skills.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical skills.
• Willing to work 6 days a week, shifting schedules, and holidays.
