Job description
Tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical RDK-B broadband device issues across Wi-Fi/Mesh, DOCSIS, Fiber, LTE and related access technologies.
- Perform E2E issue triage, root-cause analysis and source-code reviews across broadband components and platforms.
- Diagnose Linux and networking issues using packet captures, logs and network protocols.
- Monitor field-device metrics, alerts and software releases to identify and mitigate production issues.
- Design and enhance operational tools and DevOps solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
- Analyze data from millions of field devices using AWS S3, Athena and QuickSight.
- Develop anomaly detection and data-driven solutions to proactively identify device and system issues.
