Salary: $400-$500 base + commissions
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough property research
- Run comparable market analyses (Comps) and determine After Repair Value (ARV)
- Call prospects, build rapport, and qualify leads using provided scripts
- Develop competitive offer prices
- Negotiate effectively with homeowners
- Put homes under contract
- Set appointments for property acquisitions

- Fluent English with minimal accent
