Real Estate Acquisition Specialist – Medellín, Colombia

Join a fully remote team as a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist based in Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia. In this contract role, you will contact inbound opt-in leads to learn whether they are interested in selling land for large-scale solar farm installations. You will build rapport, maintain consistent follow-up, and schedule appointments for a senior acquisition specialist.

Responsibilities

• Call inbound opt-in leads and assess their interest in selling land for solar farm projects.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective land sellers.
• Maintain timely, professional follow-up with prospects.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the senior acquisition specialist.
• Use CRM tools and relevant software to track prospect communications and appointments.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in cold calling, phone-based sales, or real estate.
• Native-level American English proficiency.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and relevant software applications.

Schedule and Work Location

• Fully remote position.
• Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay amount listed for this position: $1,500 USD per month.
