ROLE DESCRIPTION:Semsch Realty is looking for experienced, entrepreneurial Real Estate Agents who want to grow their business within a collaborative boutique brokerage.This opportunity is designed for agents who value independence but also want access to experienced leadership, market insight, business development support and a team that actively shares knowledge and opportunities.Agents will continue to develop and manage their own client relationships and business while benefiting from the resources, experience and network of Semsch Realty.Our areas of strength include:Residential sales and leasingLuxury real estatePreconstruction and new developmentsInvestment propertiesMarket analysis and deal evaluationBusiness development and client relationship buildingCompensation: 90/10 commission split with no monthly brokerage fees.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: We are particularly interested in agents who:Hold an active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker licenseHave prior real estate sales experience and an existing commitment to building their businessAre entrepreneurial, self-motivated and comfortable working independentlyUnderstand the importance of long-term client relationships rather than transactional sellingMaintain high standards of professionalism, ethics and communicationHave strong negotiation and client-service skillsWant to deepen their knowledge of the Miami residential, luxury and preconstruction marketsValue collaboration and are willing to contribute to a professional team environmentKnowledge of Key Biscayne and the Greater Miami market is a plus.
