As a full-time promoter, you will engage with potential buyers in a vibrant environment, showcasing stunning properties and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with guests at promotional booths, delivering informative and persuasive sales presentations about available real estate properties.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships to understand needs and assist in finding suitable vacation homes.
• Collaborate with sales team to develop effective marketing strategies and promotional materials that attract buyers.
• Conduct property showings and tours, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective customers.
• Coordinate events and special promotions to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
• Gather and report buyer feedback to improve sales approaches and product offerings.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, tracking progress through established success metrics.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Strong communication skills focused on sales and customer engagement.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse international clientele.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate promotion preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
