Job description
Bahia Principe Punta Cana Resort is hiring a full-time Real Estate Booth Promoter in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Promote vacation properties to international guests, build relationships with prospective buyers, and support real estate sales in a lively resort environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage resort guests at promotional booths and present available properties clearly and persuasively.
- Learn prospective clients’ needs and help them identify suitable vacation properties.
- Work with the sales team on marketing strategies and promotional materials.
- Conduct property tours and highlight relevant features and benefits.
- Help coordinate events and promotions that increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Collect and share prospect feedback to improve sales approaches and property offerings.
- Track performance and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Strong communication, sales, and customer engagement skills.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or real estate promotion is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
