Sanvic Properties is hiring a full-time Real Estate Cold Caller in Pereira, Risaralda, Colombia. This remote-eligible role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to manage your own hours. Pay is $5 per hour for calls recorded in the provided system, with the potential to earn additional commissions on successful calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Sanvic Properties’ real estate services and generate interest.
• Use clear communication and persuasive techniques to qualify leads and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Address objections and guide prospective clients through the inquiry process with effective negotiation.
• Record calls, responses, and client interactions accurately in the company CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team to identify outreach trends and improve calling strategies.
• Follow up promptly and provide attentive customer service throughout the lead process.
• Attend training to develop sales skills and strengthen knowledge of the company’s services.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with prospective clients.
• Persuasion and negotiation skills; experience in a sales environment is preferred.
• A customer-focused approach and commitment to client satisfaction.
• Effective time management and the ability to work independently.
• Active listening skills to understand client needs and respond appropriately.
• Sales experience is helpful but not required.

Pay and Growth
