Real Estate Cold Caller

Join our dynamic real estate team as a Real Estate Cold Caller in Pereira, Risaralda Department, Colombia. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to be your own boss and manage your own hours. You are paid by calls made which are recorded in the system we provide. You are compensate for calls made but also you have the potential to earn commissions on successful calls. Key Responsibilities Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our real estate services and generate interest. Engage in effective communication and persuasion to qualify leads and set appointments for follow-up. Utilize negotiation skills to handle objections and guide potential clients through the inquiry process. Maintain a detailed record of calls, responses, and client interactions in our CRM system. Work closely with the sales team to identify trends and develop tailored strategies for effective outreach. Follow up on leads in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. Participate in training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Required and Preferred Qualifications Strong Communication skills with an ability to engage and influence clients. Proven experience in Persuasion and Negotiation within a sales environment. Demonstrated customer service aptitude with a focus on client satisfaction. Effective Time Management. Familiarity with Active Listening techniques to better understand client needs.
