Tasks

• Real estate market knowledge and property research
• Sales and client relationship management
• Lead generation and follow-ups
• Property marketing and digital promotions
• Site visit coordination
• CRM and business operations

Requirements

• Female Candidates Only
• Students and fresh graduates from any academic stream
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Comfortable interacting with clients and building relationships
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphones
• Interest in sales, marketing, business development, or real estate
• No prior real estate experience required

Schedule

• 3-month probationary period

Pay

• Monthly Stipend: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000
• Additional performance-based incentives for successful deals you contribute to
• The initial stipend will be reviewed upon successful completion of the 3-month probationary period.
