Receptionist

Requirements:
- 21 years old and above
- Friendly, approachable, and professional
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and responsible
- Computer literate
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a PLUS
- Willing to learn and work as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers and visitors
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the sports center
- Manage bookings and schedules
- Answer calls and messages
- Perform basic administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide excellent customer service
