Receptionist Front of House

Blackrock Dental is looking for a friendly, professional and enthusiastic Receptionist / Front of House team member to join our growing practice in Blackrock. The role will include: - Welcoming and looking after patients - Managing appointments and the practice diary - Patient communication by phone, email and in person - Appointments and general reception administration - Working closely with our dentists, hygienists and wider team - Helping us deliver an excellent patient experience We’re looking for someone who: - Has excellent communication and people skills - Is warm, friendly and welcoming - Is organised and able to multitask - Has a professional and positive attitude - Enjoys working as part of a busy, supportive team - Has previous dental or medical reception experience (desirable, but not essential) To apply: Apply directly on CazVid.
