Job description
Tasks
- Plan and organize recreational gymnastics programs and schedules.
- Coach and supervise recreational classes each week.
- Support, mentor, and evaluate coaches as they gain experience and complete training.
- Communicate with parents about class placement, athlete progress, and program updates.
- Work with the office and management team to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Promote safety, quality instruction, and a positive environment for all participants.
- Help plan and run club events and special activities.
Requirements
- You don't need gymnastics experience, but you must enjoy working with children and believe in the importance of play, movement, and physical literacy.
