We’re hiring: RecruiterWe are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent while supporting the company's growth through effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to hiring.• Conduct outbound calls to leads and potential candidates.• Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications.• Perform phone screenings and initial interviews.• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.• Meet recruitment goals and hiring targets.• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
Requirements:• Previous experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Sales.• High English proficiency (written and spoken).• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with candidates.• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.• Experience with sourcing tools, job boards, and social media recruitment is a plus.• On site positions in Santa Elena
