Key Responsibilities:Source and attract high-caliber candidates using Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn RecruiterConduct comprehensive candidate screening to ensure the perfect fit for each roleDevelop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needsImplement proactive sourcing strategies including cold-calling, networking, and industry eventsPerform phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fitMaintain precise candidate records in our applicant tracking systemStay current with industry trends and recruitment best practices
Requirements:Minimum 2 year experience as a Virtual Recruiter specializing in sourcing and screeningEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higherProven experience with Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn RecruiterExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated with ability to work independentlyDedicated professional home workspaceImmediate availability
What We Offer:Compensation: $1.100-1200Work Schedule: 40 hours per week10 days of vacation per yearHybrid Scheme: first month onsite, then 1-2 days at office per week
