Requirements

Minimum of 2+ years full-life-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or related fieldsProficiency with ATS systems (e.g., iCIMS, Taleo, Workday) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and IndeedStrong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to develop creative recruitment strategiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilitiesAbility to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience preferred Responsibilities:Manage the entire recruiting process for assigned healthcare positions, from requisition intake to onboardingPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategiesSource active and passive candidates through various channels, including social media, networks, and industry partnershipsCoordinate interviews, prepare candidates and leaders, and facilitate communication throughout the processPresent and negotiate offers, initiate pre-employment screenings, and support onboarding proceduresBuild talent pipelines and maintain ongoing relationships with prospective candidatesUse recruitment metrics to measure success, optimize strategies, and ensure complianceCollaborate with staffing agencies and external partners to meet hiring demandsMaintain accurate applicant records and ensure a positive candidate experience Benefits:Competitive hourly rateHybrid work environment with flexibility for onsite needsOpportunity to contribute to a mission-focused healthcare organizationPotential for contract extension leading to permanent placement
