Job description
About the role
Hr Precious is seeking a professional to lead employee recruitment activities and support training and development.
Responsibilities
- Lead all employee recruitment activities.
- Identify training needs and create development programs.
- Facilitate onboarding and conduct in-house training.
- Manage training budget and resources.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and report on return on investment.
- Maintain human resources records and coordinate with managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, human resources, Education, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in training and development.
- Licensed Psychometrician (RPm) is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze training data and report on results.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS.
- Work setting: onsite, Monday to Friday.
