POSITION SNAPSHOT
- Lead all employee recruitment activities.
- Identify training needs and create development programs.
- Facilitate onboarding and conduct in-house training.
- Manage training budget and resources.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and report on ROI.
- Maintain HR records and coordinate with managers.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Education, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in training and development.
- Licensed Psychometrician (RPm) is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze training data and report on results.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS.

WORK SETTING: Onsite - Monday to Friday
