Key Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and engage potential candidates using social media, job boards, and networking.
• Screen resumes and evaluate qualifications to align candidates’ skills with client job requirements.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to understand candidates' career goals and role fit.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.
• Track and report key metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and client feedback to optimize recruitment processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance sourcing methods and recruitment effectiveness.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse individuals effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to overcome recruitment challenges.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and talent acquisition tools.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources preferred.

Compensation: $15 per hour
