Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, HR, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably with volume hiring.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills; proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to rove across 5 dealer branches. A driver’s license, own motorcycle, or access to transportation is an advantage.
