Recruitment Officer

We are looking for an organized and proactive Recruitment Officer to join our growing HR team!

Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
✅ At least 1 year of recruitment experience
✅ Experienced in sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple vacancies
✅ Familiar with JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook, and other recruitment platforms
✅ Willing to work onsite in Quezon City

Responsibilities:
• Source and screen qualified candidates
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring manager interviews
• Manage interview schedules and applicant follow-ups
• Assist with onboarding and pre-employment requirements
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
