Join The Roar as a Recruitment Sales Consultant (German) in Limassol, Cyprus
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Sales Consultant fluent in German to engage with senior consulting professionals and drive business growth. This full-time role offers a hybrid working model and relocation support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage with Directors, Partners, and Senior Managers across target markets
- Pitch candidates and opportunities professionally to clients and stakeholders
- Manage high-level outbound and inbound communication in German (written and spoken)
- Conduct high-volume outreach and follow-ups to build long-term professional relationships
- Collaborate closely with the founder using leads and data to drive conversions
- Utilize AI tools and recruitment platforms to optimize sourcing and communication efficiency
- Represent The Roar at events and client-facing interactions as needed
- Maintain a consistent pipeline and drive deal closures within a performance-driven structure
Requirements:
- Native or near-native German proficiency (C1/C2 minimum)
- Strong commercial mindset with interest in sales, recruitment, or consulting
- High resilience and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-level exposure
- Motivation for long-term, performance-based earnings growth
- Experience in sales, recruitment, consulting, or customer-facing roles
- Background in competitive environments such as sports, sales, or business roles
- Interest in executive search, consulting, or professional services markets
- Familiarity with AI tools or modern recruitment systems
