Bayse Reformer Pilates studios is seeking a passionate and skilled Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our vibrant team in Stoke-on-Trent, England. Our studio is dedicated to promoting health, wellness, and personal growth within a supportive community. As a key member of our team, you will guide clients through their fitness journeys with expert instruction and a motivating approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and well-structured Reformer Pilates classes for clients of all skill levels.
• Assess individual client needs and tailor instruction to ensure safe, effective practice.
• Monitor and correct body mechanics to improve client performance and reduce injury risk.
• Create and implement innovative class routines to keep sessions fresh and exciting.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio equipment and space before and after classes.
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication to encourage retention.
• Stay current with industry trends and pursue ongoing professional development.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Level 3 Pilates Certification (required).
• In-depth knowledge of Pilates techniques, especially Reformer equipment.
• Minimum 2 years of Pilates teaching experience in a fitness studio environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• First Aid and CPR certifications preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with fitness scheduling and client management software is a plus.
