Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging and structured Reformer Pilates classes tailored to all skill levels, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Assess individual client needs to provide customized instruction that promotes effective and safe Pilates practice. Monitor and correct clients’ body mechanics to optimize performance and minimize injury risk. Design and implement innovative and varied class routines to maintain client interest and motivation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of Pilates equipment and studio space before and after sessions. Communicate effectively with clients to build strong relationships and encourage ongoing participation. Stay updated on the latest Pilates industry trends and continuously pursue professional development opportunities. What We're Looking For Required: Level 3 Pilates Certification with a focus on Reformer equipment. Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching Pilates classes in a fitness studio environment. Strong knowledge of Pilates methods and techniques, especially Reformer Pilates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate clients. Preferred: First Aid and CPR certifications. Experience using fitness software for scheduling and client management. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional growth and learning.
