Regional C-Pmo Lead - Colombia

For one of our top global clients, we are looking for a PMO Lead with experience in change management based in Colombia, to join a long-term strategic project within a global digital transformation program.

Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic regional PMO/CMO partner for Business and Digital leaders, providing visibility into program status, risks, dependencies, and priorities.Manage regional risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations, ensuring effective mitigation plans are in place.Drive and ensure compliance with global governance, reporting, quality, and delivery standards.Lead Organizational Change Management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption and sustainability of implemented changes.Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Business, IT/Digital, Finance, Supply Chain, P&C, and other key stakeholders.
Required SkillsMinimum 5+ years experience leading PMOs, portfolios, or transformation programs in complex international environments.Experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders.Proven ability to manage governance, risks, dependencies, and delivery across large multi-country programs.Hands-on experience in Organizational Change Management and transformation adoption initiatives.Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
