Job description
Tasks
- Lead and develop project management teams
- Oversee branch financial performance, budgets, and profitability
- Drive project execution, scheduling, estimating, and change order management
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in electrical construction
- Strong financial management and project oversight skills
- A track record of delivering large-scale projects safely, on time, and within budget
- Experience in estimating, scheduling, and team development
- Background in data centers or critical electrical infrastructure is a plus
