Regional Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
The Regional Manager Laboratory is responsible for managing all laboratory operations and business activities within the Islamabad region (Jinnah Avenue Branch). The role ensures the delivery of high-quality laboratory services, operational efficiency, business growth, regulatory compliance, and excellent patient satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise daily laboratory operations across the Islamabad region.
• Ensure all lab tests are performed according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control measures.
• Coordinate with the central laboratory and other branches for timely sample processing and reporting.
• Monitor laboratory equipment maintenance, calibration, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement regional growth strategies to increase test volumes and revenue.
• Establish and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, and corporate clients.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for lab services expansion.
• Monitor budget, expenses, and profitability of the regional laboratory operations.
• Ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.

REQUIREMENTS:
Academic Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Professional Qualifications: Certification in relevant field.
Working Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hospital or diagnostic network.
