We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager – Seeds to lead sales operations, expand our market presence, and build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and farmers.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies.
Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
Manage and support the regional sales team.
Build and maintain strong dealer and distributor networks.
Conduct field visits, farmer meetings, and product demonstrations.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for promotional activities.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in seed sales.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Valid driving license preferred.
