Regional Sales Manager - Spine

Tasks

• Grow existing business and develop its spine portfolio across Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia.
• Recruit, train, and manage distributors while building relationships with current and prospective spine surgeon customers.
• Navigate GPO, IDN, hospital, and ASC approval processes, attend procedures, develop clinical product expertise, and manage inventory placement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of spine sales experience
• 3+ years of operating room and clinical experience
• Extensive relationships in spine and spine distribution
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Reside near a major metropolitan airport within the region, preferably Atlanta, Georgia
• Willingness to travel extensively, including 3+ days per week

Pay

• Base Salary: $110k-$140k
• Total Compensation at Plan: $170k
