About the role
Dallas Medical Center is seeking a Regional Vice President of Pharmacy Services. In coordination with the National Vice President of Pharmacy Services, this role facilitates the design and implementation of pharmacy services and develops strategies to improve services and clinical outcomes, reach established goals, maintain satisfactory outcomes, and contribute to business plans and financial goals.

Responsibilities
- Comply with Federal, State, and other regulatory agencies dealing with medication management.
- Ensure compliance with State Boards of Pharmacy rules and regulations and maintain required company certifications and accreditations.
- Apply knowledge of medication management, dispensing, storage, selection, procurement, and safety practices.
- Use knowledge of the design, build, testing, installation, and support of software applications for the deployment of the Epic Willow application and other Pharmacy IT Systems, such as Pyxis.
- Use experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Incorporate Prime Healthcare Management philosophies into operational plans and goals.
- Pursue continuing education through in-service programs, workshops, conferences, and independent study.
- Contribute to the business plans and financial goals of the organization.
