Job description
Position: Regional Wash Advisor
Location: Panamá, Panama (Remote Eligible)
As the Regional Wash Advisor, you will provide expert guidance and strategic direction for Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) initiatives across the Latin America region, with a special focus on the CA-4 countries. Your work will directly support advancing child welfare through improved WASH programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with regional leadership, the Global Center WASH director, and World Vision US leadership to develop and implement technical guidelines and standards.
- Enhance programmatic approaches to increase ministry effectiveness in WASH initiatives.
- Provide technical expertise and advisory support to regional teams to ensure alignment with organizational promises and goals.
- Monitor and evaluate WASH program outcomes to inform continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in WASH program advisory roles, preferably in Latin America.
- Strong understanding of child welfare and development in relation to WASH.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work remotely and manage regional responsibilities effectively.
