Job description
Guide regional water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) initiatives as a Regional WASH Advisor based in Panama City, Panama. This full-time role supports child welfare across Latin America, with a particular focus on the CA-4 countries. The position is remote eligible.
Role overview
Working with regional leadership, the Global Center WASH director, and World Vision US leadership, you will develop technical guidance and standards for program approaches that strengthen ministry effectiveness and align with the organization’s Promise.
Key responsibilities
- Provide regional guidance and direction for WASH initiatives throughout Latin America.
- Focus technical support on the CA-4 countries while advancing child welfare.
- Collaborate with regional and global WASH leadership and World Vision US leadership.
- Establish technical guidelines and standards for programmatic approaches.
- Help improve ministry effectiveness in alignment with the organization’s Promise.
