Registered Nurse - CVOR

Tasks

• Assesses patients’ physical, psychosocial, spiritual, educational, cultural, safety, and discharge needs.
• Determines nursing diagnoses based on patient assessments and data.
• Sets realistic, patient-specific goals with input from patients and families as appropriate.
• Individualizes care plans based on patient needs and clinical complexities.
• Implements nursing and medical orders based on the patient’s current condition.
• Performs other hospital-assigned duties.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse State License
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• Minimum of 2 years experience

Schedule

• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• short term, per diem, and long-term contracts

Pay

• $73-$76/hour
