Registered Nurse – Med Surg

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team in Milford, DE. Duration: 8 – 13 Weeks

Shift/Schedule: Day/Night/Flexible

Guaranteed Hours: 36/40 Hours

Pay: $1600 - $2000/Weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care through effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report significant changes in condition to the healthcare team immediately.
• Assist in coordinating and managing patient discharges to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records while complying with health regulations and standards.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of Delaware.
• Proficient in-patient care techniques and strong communication skills.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) software preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• CERTIFICATIONS: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred.
