Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate patient records.

• Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Use critical thinking to identify patient needs and adjust care plans accordingly.

• Support and guide nursing students and junior staff, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Strong patient care, critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills.
• 1-3 years clinical experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
