Job description

Abhi Sharma is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Ottawa, Ontario . This full-time role offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant healthcare environment focused on patient-centered care and teamwork. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care, promoting patient well-being, and supporting community health. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate patient records. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and execute effective treatment plans. Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies. Apply critical thinking to identify patient needs and adjust care plans accordingly. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care processes and outcomes. Support and mentor nursing students and junior staff, fostering a collaborative learning environment. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario. Strong skills in patient care, critical thinking, teamwork, and communication. 1-3 years clinical experience preferred. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
