Job description

Tasks

  • Call patients regarding laboratory results
  • Communicate provider messages and follow-up instructions
  • Address patient questions and relay concerns to providers
  • Manage callback requests and help clear call backlogs
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient communications

Requirements

  • Active Georgia RN License
  • Current AHA BLS Certification
  • Strong communication and telephone skills

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • On-site | Non-Bedside

Pay

  • $1,919/week
