About the role

The Baxter Health RN Residency Program provides a comprehensive on-boarding experience to transition and support newly graduated registered nurses, from students, to safe, competent professional practitioners.

The Baxter Health RN Residency includes an evidence-based curriculum, guided clinical experience with a preceptor and supportive components.

Requirements

• This program was designed for RN graduates and RN’s with six (6) months or less experience.
• RN’s with less than one year of acute care experience are eligible.
• Specific criteria must be met.
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a R
