Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and conduct patient assessments.
• Partner with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
• Accurately document patient progress and care activities in electronic health records.
• Participate in patient rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Support the training and orientation of new nursing staff and interns.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow established policies and safety protocols.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas.
• Clinical nursing experience; hospital or acute care experience preferred.
• Strong patient care, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Experience using electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Employment

Salary: $80,000 per year. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dallas, Texas.
