Release Train Engineer (RTE)

About the role

Davizo Tech is looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to drive Agile Release Train (ART) execution, align cross-functional teams, and ensure successful program delivery.

Tasks

• Facilitate ART events, Agile ceremonies, and program-level planning.
• Act as a servant leader and Agile coach, enabling teams to deliver business value.
• Coordinate multiple projects and align teams with overall program objectives.
• Manage program roadmaps, schedules, budgets, risks, and delivery metrics.
• Identify and resolve impediments, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate program status, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment across teams.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams on technical roadmaps and emerging technologies, including Cloud, Big Data, and AI.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Release Train Engineering and the SAFe Agile framework.
• Proven ability to manage Agile Release Trains and coordinate multiple teams.
• Excellent program management, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills.
• Strong understanding of Lean-Agile principles and continuous improvement.
• Experience in enterprise-level technology delivery and strategic roadmaps.
