Release Train Engineer (RTE)

Tasks

• Lead and support roadmapping activities for the product backlog
• Perform technical analysis and contract oversight to ensure contractor systems meet agency IT directives, plans, goals, and contract requirements
• Act as a liaison between business users and contracted IT representatives
• Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of the solution while driving continuous discovery, Vision, Roadmap, and Program/Product Backlogs
• Own the delivery of value and ensure continuous communication, alignment, and commitment during Program Increment (PI) Planning
• Strategically manage the creation and delivery of the emergent program backlog
• Collaborate with System Architect, Management, Product Delivery Teams, and all stakeholders for successful PI delivery
• Drive efficiency for the Agile Release Train (ART) and PI Planning events

Requirements

• Experienced Release Train Engineer
• Local Candidates Only
• Work under minimal direction with extensive latitude for initiative and independent judgment

Schedule

• Long Term Contract
• Onsite from Day 1
