Position: Remote Account Support Representative

Location: Remote, United States

Schedule: Part-time

Pay: $20 per hour

Provide responsive, helpful account support to customers across the United States in this part-time remote role. You will answer questions, troubleshoot concerns, process requests, and follow up on unresolved issues to help deliver a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and explain relevant products and services.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and recommend solutions.
• Process requests accurately and in accordance with company policies.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly for reference and quality control.
• Monitor open issues and follow up to support timely resolution.
• Work with teammates and other departments to improve customer service.
• Attend training to stay current on products and service updates.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Comfort using standard computer software and customer management tools.

Work Environment and Reporting

This remote position encourages team interaction and cross-functional collaboration. You will typically report to a supervisor or team lead for guidance on performance goals and service expectations.
