This is a full-time remote position based in Bogotá, Colombia. Key Responsibilities: Receive and handle inbound customer calls professionally. Document customer information accurately over the phone. Provide excellent customer service and support. Work Schedule: 7 days a week (Monday through Sunday). Shift hours: 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM Arizona Standard Time.
