Job description
Join our growing hotel team as a Remote Customer Service Representative in San José, Costa Rica. You will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our valued clients remotely. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide detailed product and service information to assist customers effectively. Support customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations. Resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members to enhance service processes and share best practices. Participate in ongoing training and meetings to stay current on products and policies. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred. Familiarity with CRM software and office tools is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish speakers highly encouraged to apply. Work closely with the Customer Service Manager and cross-departmental teams in a collaborative environment.
