Role Overview

Customer Success Managers in this talent pool may support customer relationships through organized onboarding, account follow-up, and proactive communication. You do not need to cover every specialty. In your application, describe the responsibilities you have owned and the areas where you are strongest.

Potential Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer onboarding and agreed account milestones.
• Maintain account plans, stakeholder records, and documented next steps.
• Identify customer questions or account risks and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
• Prepare account updates and keep team commitments visible.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Clear written and spoken English, with careful attention to detail.
• Practical experience with customer success, CRM, onboarding, and account reporting tools.
• Examples of work personally handled in your selected specialty.
• Availability during US business hours and willingness to work as an independent contractor.

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting US-based clients or teams and familiarity with the industry you would support are preferred, but are not requirements for every opportunity.
