Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and incidents, analyzing logs and reports to detect threats and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct thorough investigations of security breaches and develop incident response plans.
• Implement and maintain security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols.
• Collaborate with IT teams to secure network infrastructures and enhance cybersecurity posture.
• Perform risk assessments and security audits to improve security measures.
• Deliver cybersecurity training and awareness programs to staff.
• Document findings and develop policies and procedures related to information security.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools.
• Knowledge of network security protocols and ethical hacking principles.
• Preferred certifications: CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or equivalent.
