Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and update service appointments or dispatch assignments.
• Track work orders and communicate changes to field teams and customers.
• Accurately record job details and follow up on missing information.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Clear written and spoken English and strong attention to detail.
• Practical experience with dispatch, scheduling, work-order, and customer communication systems.
• Examples of work you have personally handled in your selected specialty.
• Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement.

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting US-based clients or teams and familiarity with the industry you would support are helpful, but are not requirements for every opportunity.
