Remote Dispatcher — Denver Logistics (U.S.)

Denver Logistics is hiring a Remote Dispatcher for a full-time position. This role is open to candidates working remotely from anywhere in the world who have a reliable internet connection and a quiet home office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule dispatch operations by communicating with drivers and clients.
• Monitor vehicle locations with tracking software to help ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Resolve dispatch issues and delays, promptly updating the relevant parties.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, including schedules, issues, and resolutions.
• Work with teammates to optimize routes and improve operational efficiency.
• Respond to client questions and concerns about dispatch operations with excellent customer service.
• Participate in team meetings to review performance metrics and improve processes.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with dispatch software and GPS tracking systems preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Previous dispatch or logistics experience is a plus.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Team and Reporting

Dispatchers collaborate with drivers and customer service representatives to support smooth operations. You will report to the Dispatch Supervisor, who will provide guidance as you transition into the role. Cross-functional collaboration is encouraged to strengthen workflows across departments.
