Remote Dispatcher

Monitor vehicle locations using tracking software, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups. Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the dispatching process, communicating promptly with relevant parties. Maintain accurate records of dispatches, including schedules, issues, and resolutions. Collaborate with team members to optimize routes and improve operational efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding dispatch operations. Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics and improve processes. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Proficiency with dispatch software and GPS tracking systems preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Prior experience in a dispatch or logistics role is a plus. Flexible and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
